1. Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password safe. One person, one account. You must be old enough to use the site under the laws where you live.
2. Being a good islander
Don't harass, threaten, impersonate or spam other members. Don't post content that's illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit. Don't try to break, overload, or exploit the site. Staff may remove content and warn, suspend, or ban accounts that break these rules.
3. Content you create
You keep ownership of what you make, but by posting it you give Gamer-Island permission to display and distribute it on the site. Only upload things you have the right to use — items that infringe someone else's rights will be removed.
4. Bux and virtual items
Bux and items have no real-world monetary value, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted or removed where needed (for example, to reverse fraud or fix a bug). Buying or selling accounts, bux, or items for real money outside the site is not allowed.
5. Island Club membership
Island Club is a paid membership that unlocks extra features on the site. It does not buy different treatment: members are held to exactly the same rules as everyone else. Breaking those rules can lead to a warning, suspension or ban whether or not you are a member.
If your account is suspended or banned you lose access to the site, and therefore to your membership benefits, for as long as that lasts. Time lost this way is not refunded, credited or extended, and a paid period continues to run down during a suspension. If an account is banned permanently, any remaining membership ends with it. Where staff later withdraw a moderation action as a mistake on our side, we will put your membership right.
You can cancel a recurring membership at any time. Cancelling stops future payments and your benefits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for; it does not refund the current period. Lifetime membership is a one-off payment and lasts as long as the site does and your account remains in good standing.
6. What membership includes
The benefits listed on the Island Club page are what membership includes today, not a fixed list you are buying for all time. Perks may be added, changed, replaced or withdrawn as the site develops — reward amounts, tax rates, streak lengths, cosmetic extras and members-only areas can all move. We will not remove benefits arbitrarily, and where a change materially reduces what membership offers we will say so on the site rather than doing it quietly.
Bux, items and other in-game rewards received through membership remain virtual and follow section 4: they have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Availability
We work to keep the site running but can't promise it will always be available or bug-free, and we may change or discontinue features over time.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
