By using Gamer-Island, you certify that you agree to obey the following terms/rules. You agree you fully understand them, and will follow them:

1. You may not post profanity anywhere on the site.
2. You may not put any sexual material, or links to it, on the site.
3. You may not discriminate against another user's religious beliefs, gender, nationality, race, etc.
4. If you find a glitch on the site, you must report it to WiltedChameleon straight away. Do not try to profit from it, otherwise you will be banned. You are, however, likely to profit from reporting bugs.
5. If you are banned, do not complain on the site. Instead, email admin@gamer-island.com.
6. Please do not spam anywhere on the site. This includes things like asking users to post a comment repeatedly. You cannot earn anything except a ban from repeatedly posting the same message.
7. Do not post useless posts on the forum. Posts should serve a purpose, responses like "lol" or "kool" are not acceptable. Please at least write a sentence.
8. You must use at least mildly good spelling and grammar on the forum. If you are spelling basic words wrong, you will have your forum rights revoked. This applies to slang terms like 'plz', and 'k'.
9. Please do not upload or post things in the purpose of testing for "SQL injection". This site uses the Prepared Database Object technologies, meaning it is impossible. Attempting will just get you banned for spam.
10. Read all sticky (Posts that stay at the top, easily distinguished from normal threads as they have a different color) threads on a forum section before posting. Make sure to obey all rules on the forum, and in particular, the forum section you are posting on!
11. Please do not attempt to engage another user in dating. This is for your safety. There is a significant amount of people on the internet who would lie about their age and gender to trick you.
12. Do not attempt to exhcange bux for any other type of currency or payment. This includes physical objects like money or trading cards or anything else. Any suspicious purchases will be individually checked by moderators.
13. If you do not have moderation abilities like, for example, banning a user, pretending to do so will get you banned. If you pose as a relative of an administrator, you will also be banned.
14. Don't enter your password on any site which does not end in: '.gamer-island.com'. If it looks like 'betagamer-island.com' it is not real. If it looks like 'beta.gamer-island.com' it probably is real. Make sure nothing comes after the '.com' otherwise it could again be a fake site. Never use or put your password into these sites.
15. Do not share your password. Shares accounts are acceptable, as long as it states explicitly in the bio (Changable through account settings) of the account that it is shared. In certain cases a moderator or administrator will lift your ban, for example, if you were asking your, for example, uncle, to purchase you something on Gamer-Island using real money.
16. If you log in on a shared computer, like a library or a internet cafe, do NOT tick keep me logged in, or tell your browser to remember the password. This could result in other people getting access to your account.
17. Make sure you are abiding by all rules of your workplace while accessing Gamer-Island. If a school does not allow you to play games or go on social networks, you probably don't want to be using Gamer-Island. We are not responsible if you have repercussions from accessing our site.
18. Unfortunately, while we do check uploaded images for anything that breaks our rules, we cannot check for every single copyrighted image, as this is not humanly possible. Therefore, as with all user-generated content sites, some rogue users may ignore our item uploading agreement which can be found on the item uploading page, or any other agreement based around image uploading. If you believe an image in the store or anywhere else a user can post an image to is copyrighted by you, please send an email to copyright@gamer-island.com. Make sure that it contains all necessary legal information, including proof. If your claim is seen to be valid, we will remove the image immediatley, so we will require a link to the content in the email. Please provide a term of 72 hours for the email to be read. We will reply to you if we require more proof.
